Carbohydrates is one of the basic food groups that are important to a healthy diet. Carb intake for most people should be between 45% and 65% of total calories. At Levender Gourmet,  our Chef uses whole grain in our mains. You have an option to choose from 100% whole grain or a mix of 20% wholegrain. Don't forget to add in a choice of Protein and Mineral to make your meal more wholesome.
